Websites for painting contractors

A website that does your painting work justice.

I rebuild websites for painting companies so they show off your work and get homeowners to request an estimate. Discuss your website. If the project fits, see a homepage concept before committing to the full build.

Example design for a made-up painting company.

Same company.
Different first impression.

Drag the slider. On the left, an illustrative starting point. On the right, a concept with: your work, your reviews and your towns up front, with one clear next step.

Example for a made-up company. The reviews, phone number and photo are illustrations.

Homeowners check your website before they call.

Even referrals look you up first. A clear, mobile-friendly site helps them explore your work and find a way to contact you.

What they look for

  • Photos of real finished rooms, exteriors and cabinets
  • Reviews from people in their town
  • Whether you do interior, exterior or both
  • Proof you're insured and how long you've been in business
  • A quick way to ask for an estimate from their phone

What sends them elsewhere

  • A site that looks the same as it did in 2014
  • Text too small to read on a phone
  • Stock photos instead of your own work
  • No list of the towns you serve
  • A contact page with an email address and nothing else

Questions painters ask.

What happens to my domain and email?

You retain ownership of your domain. We review your current setup, agree on the access needed and plan the launch around your existing email. Business email migration is not included in the website build.

Can we keep my photos, content and existing Google visibility?

We agree on what to keep, improve and replace, including your photos and useful content. You confirm permission to use supplied materials. We review existing page addresses and plan redirects where needed. Search rankings and traffic cannot be guaranteed.

Who hosts the website, and what does it cost?

Hosting is separate from the $1,500 build. We agree on the provider, cost, ownership and ongoing support before you pay the deposit. You can use your own compatible hosting account or request a separate managed-hosting quote. Domain renewals and business email are separate costs.

I get most of my work from referrals. Do I need this?

Referrals still look you up before they call. The site's job is to confirm what your customer told them: good work, good reviews, easy to reach.

I don't have good photos.

Phone photos of finished jobs work. I'll pick the best ones and send you a short list of shots to grab on your next few jobs.

I'm on job sites all day. How much of my time does this take?

Start with a short call and onboarding form. You provide photos and business details, arrange account access, and approve the copy and design. I handle the build and agreed launch tasks.

Do I own it?

Yes. The domain and site are yours, with access and handover included after final payment.

Can you get me to the top of Google?

No one can honestly promise that. You get the search basics: clear page titles, descriptions, crawlable pages and accurate business details. Rankings and leads are not guaranteed.
